For ten years I worked in Budapest’s most exclusive restaurants, from the very beginning of my career, later as sous chef and eventually as head chef. I further enriched my experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants in Copenhagen and Rotterdam. For me, cooking is not merely a profession but a sincere passion, one I pursue with constant excitement and devotion.
